Such an incredible experience to work with someone as passionate and knowledgeable as Silvia!  The Mezcaloteca project is based upon supporting the local growers and facilitating their productions to market, while also serving as a biblioteca / educational front for the consumer.  A true passion project where grower and consumer both win!
